Objective

To explore a more intentional media and storytelling approach that aligns the quality of William Blake Homes’ marketing with the craftsmanship, process, and people behind each project. By creating tailored media packages each project becomes a branding opportunity. The result is consistent, high-quality content that can be repurposed across channels, reflects the William Blake Homes customer experience, and showcases the products at the highest level.

How Package Selection Works

Media is structured into three tiers to align with the scope, goals, and marketing value of each individual project. Both for custom builds and renovations. Each tier is offered as a fixed package — one scope, one price — providing clarity around deliverables while allowing flexibility in how content is planned and used.

Package selection is based on the level of storytelling and brand impact desired for a specific build or renovation as well as budget. Once a package is selected, collaborative planning ensures the content is tailored to what makes that project unique and most valuable to the William Blake Homes brand.

Brand Story Package (Tier 1)

Full construction phase and completion phase media, designed to treat each project as a brand opportunity and create long-term marketing value.

Mid-Tier Package

A streamlined approach combining selective construction phase coverage with completion phase media for projects requiring balanced storytelling.

Completion Package (Tier 3)

Completion phase media only, focused on presenting the finished home while maintaining brand consistency across all projects.

A full-scope, fixed-package media offering designed to approach each custom build as a branding opportunity — extracting maximum marketing value from the process and positioning William Blake Homes as a trusted, bespoke custom builder for future clients.

Construction Phase Media

Four planned site visits during construction

  • New Build Initiation Reel — site aerials combined with AI visualization to introduce the project and establish narrative direction
  • Construction Progress Reels (2) — milestone-driven short-form content capturing craftsmanship, materials, and build evolution
  • Custom Feature / Process Reel (1) — a story-led reel focused on a standout feature, design decision, or collaborator involved in the build
  • Construction Progress Photography — visual documentation captured at each site visit and shared for internal use and customer updates

Completion Phase Media

One full production day on site post completion/possession

  • The William Blake Homes Brand Story Cinematic — a flagship film combining construction footage, completion visuals, people, process, and (where possible) customer testimonial
  • Cinematic Property Video — 1-2 minute visual showcase highlighting space, flow, and features
  • Short-Form Reels (3) — flexible, purpose-driven social media content designed around spaces, features or collaborators
  • Comprehensive Photography Package — includes architectural-style details, aerials
