To propose brand-focused media packages for William Blake Homes’ custom builds and renovation projects. These packages are designed to document process and product through intentional photo and video content, while offering tiered options that align scope, expected impact, and budget.

Framework
How These Packages Work
- One Scope. One Purchase Order (PO). Packages are fixed-scope and not itemized by individual services.
- All photo and video content is all-inclusive. Creative tools may include on-camera talent, drone, AI, or other production techniques as needed.
- Video intent and messaging are determined collaboratively. Planning calls align content with the goals and expected impact of each project.
- Site visit timing is milestone-based. Visits are scheduled around key build or renovation phases to maximize value.
- Proposed payment system. 50% invoiced at project initiation, 50% invoiced at project completion

Expectations for Successful Execution
- Upfront alignment is required. Each project begins with a planning call to align on timeline, site access, messaging intent, and key milestones before production begins.
- A clear point of contact is required. A primary project manager or decision-maker must be identified for each build or renovation to streamline communication and scheduling.
- Milestone-based scheduling is essential. Site visits are planned around key construction or renovation phases. Advance notice is required for any schedule changes to ensure coverage remains effective.
- Collaborator visibility enhances results. When applicable, identifying architects, designers, or trades involved allows for coordinated storytelling and optional collaborator-focused content.
- Collaborative creative planning is part of the process. Messaging, on-camera participation, and content direction are finalized collaboratively prior to each phase to ensure content aligns with brand and project goals.
- End-to-end engagement is expected. These packages are designed as ongoing partnerships throughout the project lifecycle, not isolated media deliverables.
